Situation

P&G is a major Olympic sponsor.  They teamed up with Yahoo for a global initiative called “Thank You Mom” that celebrated mothers.

Objective: P&G wanted to increase their brand favorability index, build retail programs, and increase sales, all while launching the program by Mother’s Day.

Strategy & Tactics

The ZiZo Group developed and produced 21 short films about what the mothers of Olympic athletes sacrificed to help their children achieve their dreams. 

With less than three months to deliver, we sent four different producer/director teams to 13 countries and over 20 cities, filmed in 10 unique languages.  We had to be dexterous to coordinate our global production network in order to finish on time and under budget.
